The machine is 182 cm tall and weighs about 106 kg, with 48 motors and a matching set of position sensors, and it copies the movements of an operator wearing an exoskeleton suit as well as running some actions on its own. It launched on Soyuz MS-14 on 22 August 2019, docked with the Zvezda module on 27 August after a first attempt failed, and on 30 August it mated electrical connectors while weightless. It returned to Earth on 6 September 2019, and the FEDOR platform it derives from had been developed earlier for rescue work.
