The AgBot 2.055W4 is a four wheel drive autonomous tractor rated at 55 kilowatts, with a diesel engine driving electric wheel motors. It carries conventional implements on a three point hitch and power take off, so growers can reuse existing tools. Field jobs are planned in AgXeed's software, which generates the route and headland turns, and the machine then runs them unattended while staff monitor remotely. It is used in arable and vegetable production in Europe.
Of note
- Launched as AgXeed's wheeled model at the Cereals event in the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrated very low ground pressure during autonomous celeriac planting in the Netherlands.
- Sold alongside tracked AgBot models through European farm machinery dealers.
