The 793F CMD is a Command ready version of Caterpillar's 250 ton class mining truck, factory built to run without an operator in the cab. Perception, positioning and machine to machine communication let it queue, load under a shovel, haul on mine roads and dump without a driver, coordinated by the Cat MineStar Command for hauling system from a control room. Mixed fleets of autonomous and manned machines share the same haul roads. Fleets work iron ore, copper, coal and aggregate operations.
