Bridget is a six wheeled development rover roughly the size of the ExoMars vehicle, used by Airbus in Stevenage to try out chassis, navigation and instrument concepts. In ESA's SAFER campaign it was deployed to the Atacama Desert in Chile and operated as though on Mars, testing autonomous navigation, ground penetrating radar and drilling operations planned from Europe. It continues to serve as a mobile platform for European rover autonomy and instrument development.
