RoboThespian is a full-size humanoid standing on a fixed base, originally driven by pneumatic actuators and later offered in fully electric form. It is built to perform: it delivers scripted presentations, sings, tells jokes, responds to touchscreen or remote prompts and can be driven live by an operator over the internet. Engineered Arts runs it on the same Tritium software used by Ameca and sells or leases units with content packages. Large numbers have been installed in science museums, planetariums, corporate visitor centres and exhibitions worldwide over two decades.
