Vitirover is a small four wheeled solar powered mower, closer to a mechanical sheep than a tractor, that nibbles vegetation continuously at very low speed. Because it is light and slow it can work steep vineyard rows, embankments and rail verges where machinery or herbicide is impractical. It stays inside a geofence set by satellite positioning and is watched remotely, with a handler moving fleets between plots every few days. It is used in Bordeaux vineyards and on French railway land.
